Chairman and President

Mr. Mendoza has over twenty years of experience in financial services. He serves as a top-level executive of the leading real property development conglomerate and has close contacts with diversified financial groups in the country with interests in life and non-life insurance, banking, health care, and investment management. He served on the executive committees of financial services firms and had a clear understanding of their operations.

His education complements that experience. He has a Master Degree with Distinction from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree (Major in Marketing and Finance) from University of the Philippines in Diliman Q.C. He also acquired the Title of Fellow, with Distinction, Life Management Institute at Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. He is a Registered Financial Planner, a Certified Investment Solicitor, and a licensed business solicitor for life insurance.

Mr. Mendoza qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a global standard of excellence in financial services distribution for four years. He is also a qualified member of the board and adviser for life insurance and mutual fund management companies. Mr. Mendoza teaches Marketing and Computational Finance programs at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business and has been selected as one of its outstanding faculty members.

Ms. Mendoza has 15 years of experience in financial services. Her forte is service administration, system and relationship management. She has worked, with a managerial capacity, for the leading life insurance company in the country, a multi-national computer giant, a system/software company, and served as Dean of an educational institution focused on business and information technology.

Like Mr. Mendoza, she also acquired her MBM Degree from the Asian Institute of Management, and her BSBA Degree from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Q.C. She is a licensed business solicitor for non-life insurance and has maintained great linkages with the leading non-life companies in the country.

Ms. Mendoza has been awarded as one of the top business development officers by a life insurance company for three consecutive years.

Ms. Garcia is a Business Administration, major in Accounting, graduate of the University of the East. Her forte aside from accounting is service administration and treasury management. These were developed and strengthened by her previous work experiences in the Accounting Departments of giant companies and conglomerates in the manufacturing industry. She also became treasurer of another leading agricultural firm, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing farming implements.

At present she is Treasurer of a well-known Realty & Development Firm. Her strong track record as well as great linkages with different NGO groups earned her appointment as Chairperson of The Bataan Provincial Women’s Council, Bataan Child Empowerment Council and Bataan Tourism Council Foundation of which she actively spearheads various livelihood and educational programs as well as promote Bataan as one of the country’s premier tourist destinations.

Janice Marie P. Fernando, CBA, RFP, CIS
Managing Director and Head of Distribution

Ms. Fernando has over 10 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry. She currently manages RSA (Rampver Strategic Advisors) a division of Rampver, Inc. which specializes in investments products and services distribution.

Prior to joining RSA, she was a management committee member of the top equity fund management company based in the Philippine Stock Exchange, and Head of Sales of the same company. Prior to this, she was Regional Head of the leading asset management company in the country, accounting for over P1.5B in its assets under management. She was given the distinct responsibility to manage the strongest distribution channels of the company (Makati, Alabang, and the rest of South Luzon Region).

Ms. Fernando has been a consistent sales awardee for mutual fund production. She is a Certified Company Trainor (CCT) and also a Certified Investment Solicitor (CIS) a Securities and Exchange Commission License and designation. Her advisory expertise in this area of financial services is attested to by her International Designation as a Registered Financial Planner (RFP). She obtained her certification in Chartered Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management in 2008.
